Victor Cotton, MD, JD is President of “Law and Medicine” in Hershey PA and is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned his Doctorate in Medicine. He did his Internal Medicine Residency in Internal Medicine on the Osler Service at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland. Dr. Cotton earned his law degree at Widener University where he serves as an Adjunct Professor. He has spent eight years as an internist and more than twenty years as a healthcare attorney. Dr. Cotton is a nationally acclaimed speaker; has authored several medical-legal publications and is known for his tireless work in medical-legal education and representing the interests of physicians nationally.
